The 800mAh lithium capacitor battery is produced by engineers in a compact, cylindrical design that integrates lithium-based electrochemical storage with capacitor-like structural features. They are first laminated into a multilayer strip format with cathode foil, separator membrane, and anode foil. They then roll the layers collected into a tight spiral core and pay close attention to the accuracy of alignment and the pressure of the winding.
