Overview
The 51.2V 100Ah LiFePO4 UPS backup battery is designed by engineers based on the high-voltage prismatic cell architecture. To create a stable 4851.2V class energy system, they first combine 16 series-connected LiFePO4 cells. Then, technicians fit each module into a reinforced metal enclosure to make it structurally rigid during working and installation. In the meantime, insulated copper busbars are placed so as to ensure secure electrical routes and minimize resistance loss. Once the system has been mechanically aligned, it moves on to complete the electrical integration and enclosure sealing phases.
Cell Material System and Electrochemical Composition
The core electrochemical system employed by manufacturers is lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4). The active material of the cathode is LiFePO4 coated on aluminum foil, and the anode is made of graphite carbon coated on copper foil.
