Cell Materials and Layer Structure

Assembly Process and Electrical Linking

Operators arrange cells into predefined string groups according to voltage targets. Nickel connectors join terminals through spot welding, reducing resistance at each junction point. After cell grouping, a monitoring board is fixed onto the terminal section. This board scans each cell line and executes cut-off actions when abnormal readings occur. Thermal Path and Structural Layout

Heat moves through spacing channels formed between cell rows. Conductive pads guide temperature spread across the internal structure. The outer shell holds internal components in position and resists compression from external force. Service openings allow inspection of connectors without dismantling the full assembly.
